EGR Delete Problem
I recently installed a Sinister EGR delete and oil cooler on my 04 6.0 Powerstroke. The truck ran fine before the install but the EGR cooler was leaking. After the install the truck wouldn't start. Sinister advised the motor had air in the fuel lines and the system was suppose to be self priming. After 3 days and a new fuel pump the truck finally started but was down on power.
